Croydon Wins Bletchingley Invitation Fours


Bletchingley Bowling Club hosted their Mens invitation fours on Sunday 8th June.
The very popular tournament sponsored by Redhill Honda was once again well supported and enjoyed by all of the teams taking part.
Ten teams took part in the competition playing in two leagues with the top two teams in each league paying in the semi finals.
The semi finalists were Croydon, East Surrey Police, Croydon Municipal Officers and Lindfield which lead to an exciting Final between Croydon and East Surrey Police.
The final was well contested with excellent bowling from both teams. The eventual result was a win for Croydon who will now hold the ‘Redhill Honda Challenge Cup’ For one year.
